Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tarmeez handles data when you use the app and its learning services.

Data we process

• Account details such as name, email, country, birth date and learning goal.
• Learning activity such as answers, progress, points, streaks, badges, tests and revision history.
• Your profile image if uploaded and a device token if notifications are enabled.
• Subscription status and a customer identifier used to manage purchases; we do not receive card details.
• Limited technical usage data used to improve reliability and understand feature use.

How we use data

We use data to operate your account, save progress, personalize learning, manage subscriptions, send reminders you choose, secure the service and improve the app.

Service providers

Data may be processed by hosting, analytics, notification, purchase and sign-in providers, including Laravel Cloud, Expo, PostHog, RevenueCat, Paddle (web payments), Apple, Google and GitHub. Each receives only what is needed for its service.

Retention and deletion

We retain account data while the account exists and as needed for legal or security obligations. You can permanently delete your account from the Profile screen. Deleting an account does not cancel an active App Store subscription, which is managed in your Apple ID settings.

Your choices

You may browse public content as a guest, edit account information, disable notifications, restore purchases and delete your account in the app.

Children, security and changes

Birth date helps us provide an age-appropriate experience. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic method is completely secure. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the latest version here.
